why does Gabriel have white on the side and all the other soldiers have red? ;Op

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking about. I'm guessing that you're asking
something about the uniforms. The Continental Regular soldiers wore white
and blue uniforms, while the British wore red and white. Beyond that, I'm
not sure exactly what you are asking. Give a little more detail with your

humm...okay if you look at the patriot uniforms they wear blue with red onthe sides except gabriel and gerneral burwell who have blue with write on the side. :0)

Okay,
Sorry, Wendy, I hadn't even noticed it. I think the white trim was used to
signify officers, while the red is for infantry or enlisted men. In the shots
of Gabriel fighting up north, when he first joins up, he is wearing a red
trimmed uniform at that point. Later on, when he is with Burwell, he is an
officer and wearing white.
