History Channel - Founding Fathers

Posted by Scott (168.191.179.206) on November 30, 2000 at 19:33:30:

This week the History Channel has been running a 4-part piece on the Founding Fathers. I've found it very disappointing. It's basically been a shallow, tabloid-like retelling of everything that is commonly known about the American Revolution. It even skipped from the Battle of Saratoga in 1777 straight to Yorktown in 1781, leaving all the battles and events (such as the action in the South) out entirely.

Very disappointing,
Scott
