The F/V Cornelia Marie Herself:
The F/V Cornelia Marie is a 128-foot all-steel, twin screw vessel. She was built in 1989 in Bayou La Batre, Alabama by Horton Boats, Inc. She's named after Cornelia Marie Collins, who owns the vessle with Phil Harris. Her home port is Kodiak, Alaska. She is the last boat in operation of only three crabbing boats designed by Elias Horton.

Captain Phil Harris:
At age seventeen, Harris began crabbing. At twenty-one, he was captain of the F/V Golden Viking. In 1990, he bought into the Cornelia Marie and has been her captain ever since.

Notable Crew:

Jake Harris: Phil Harris' younger son, who has just moved up to a full share deckhand.
Josh Harris: Phil Harris' oldest son, who has recently joined the crew, filling Jake Harris' old responsibility as bait boy.
