Dear Mr. President:

With indignation and pain in the heart the Belarusian people have learned about the terrible terrorist acts that happened today in New York and Washington and that caused massive human casualties.

On behalf of Belarusian people I convey our sincere sympathies to the families of those who were lost and express the solidarity of the Belarusian state with the United States as well as the world community in fight against international terrorism and crime.
