A rift develops between Eli and Jordan when the former takes on a paint manufacturer and the latter must defend himself against charges of insanity. Meanwhile, Eli learns an important lesson about his visions from his father's diary.
Episode 4: Should I Stay or Should I Go?; 11/11/08
Amid the fallout from the seismic split at the firm, the scramble to keep clients and employees from jumping ship to a rival includes Eli's efforts to show Matt the rewards of pro bono work on a case involving Homeland Security. Meanwhile, the truth about Maggie's fiancé is revealed in Eli's latest vision.

In an effort to keep the new firm in the black, Eli faces a moral dilemma during the course of persuading a philanthropist to back a trial to test the effectiveness of medical marijuana. In the series finale, Eli and Keith help a woman in need of a heart transplant who clashes with the family of a potential donor because of her religious views. Meanwhile, Eli's visions of a plane crash cause concern for his loved ones, and Taylor and Matt take another step in their future together.
