Lieutenant Thorne was the Pegasus' Cylon Interrogator. He encouraged the crew to rape and abuse the Number Six copy (known as Gina) that they held prisoner. When Helo and Tyrol learn that he is planning to do the same to Sharon, they hurry to the brig and stop him. In the ensuing melee, Thorne is killed when his temple hits an exposed bolt. Helo and Tyrol are arrested and brought to the Pegasus along with Thorne's body. Once there, Admiral Cain rules that they are guilty and are to be executed for murder and treason.
