After Lieutenant Karl 'Helo' Agathon gives up his seat on the Raptor to Gaius Baltar and is left behind on Caprica, the Cylons plant another Boomer with him. She attempts begin a relationship with him and the Cylons set up a cozy fallout shelter in the city, but he wants to continue to move. The Cylons next stage her capture and mistreatment from which he "rescues" her. Once back in the country again, they finally sleep together. She reports this to overseers Caprica Five and Caprica Six, who order her to lead him to a cabin being set up.
Boomer has actually fallen in love with him and resists these orders. She instead leads him back into the city and now the Cylons are after her. They head for Delphi where Helo sees multiple copies of Six and even another Boomer. He decides that she is a clone and goes off alone. Sharon pursues him and when she finally catches up with him, she tells him to shoot her. He only can wound her and then takes her prisoner. She leads him to the museum because she knows about the Arrow of Apollo. When they arrive, they find that Lieutenant Kara 'Starbuck' Thrace is there. She tries to kill Sharon, but Helo stops her, telling her that Sharon is pregnant.
Sharon 'Athena' Agathon in Season Two:
Sharon disappears, but then ends up helping Helo, Starbuck and the resistance. She steals a Heavy Raiders which allows her, Helo and Starbuck to escape Caprica and get back to the fleet. Back in the fleet, she is not trusted at all, even though she gives valuable intel that saves everyone. Her baby is nearly terminated, but ends up saving President Roslin's life thanks to a procedure suggested by Dr. Baltar. Sharon later loses her baby (although the death was actually staged by Dr. Cottle, Roslin and Admiral Adama. This loss deeply affects Sharon. She is sent along with Helo on Starbuck's rescue mission to Caprica. However, she does not reveal the identity of Cavil, which results in her getting locked up in the brig again. She then breaks things off with Helo.
