3/30/08: Location shooting moved to what turned out to be St. Sebastian Neurology Clinic. Matthew Fox (Jack) was there in scrubs, but apparently so was John Terry (Christian Shephard). Scene apparently were shot at the hospital front desk and another in Jack's office. From Ryan in Hawaii [Sure seems to make this episode a Kate episode even more unlikely. Although, it also looks to be a flashback rather than flashforward episode... unless Jack is seeing his father the same way Hurley sees Charlie.]
3/29/08: Location shooting at the barracks included filming the explosion of one of them. Also, more scenes were filmed at the location used for Hurley's mental institution. Jack, Hurley and a doctor [Ryan suggested that it's Dr. Stillman] were seen. From Ryan in Hawaii [Rumors had been that this would be a Kate episode, but she was not seen.]
3/25/08: The episode features a guest character named Dr. Stillman who is a kind but no-nonsense psychiatrist who reaches a wall with a patient and has to reach out for help. From Casting Call
3/22/08: Location shooting seemed to have a military force storming the barracks. Locke, Hurley and Sawyer were seen. From DarkUFO
