The following information is gathered from various articles, interviews and The Fuselage forums. The following can be considered RUMOR and subject to change or otherwise inaccurate.These spoilers are more general than those listed for specific episodes and many are likely to fall by the wayside. These are items mentioned by the showrunners as intended storylines, but it's likely that more than a few of these will prove to be well off-target by season's end. Newer spoilers are added at the top of the list.

General Spoilers
4/20/08: One of the DeGroots is still alive. From Cuse & Lindelof

3/20/08: Some of the revelations in the season's final five episodes include why Sayid is Ben's paid assassin and why Jack has become unhinged. From TV Guide
3/20/08: Richard is likely to appear in one of the season's remaining final five episodes. From Ausiello
3/20/08: The Oceanic Six are Jack, Kate, Hurley, Sayid, Sun and Aaron. From ABC [We're guessing that it's whoever Jack "visited" in the Season Three finale.]
2/26/08: One of the original survivors will die by episode eight. However, they will die in the flashfowards and not on the island and it'll apparently be one of the Oceanic Six. From Auseillo [We're guessing that it's whoever Jack "visited" in the Season Three finale.]
2/12/08: Now that the writers' strike is over, Carlton Cuse says that they have been asked to produce five more episodes for the season, so they will come up three episodes short of the original sixteen episode plan. As a result, Carlton Cuse says that some stories will be condensed. From The Hollywood Reporter [So there apparently won't be a mini-season. If the first two episodes are an indication of how the rest of this season is going to go, we're going to miss those three episodes.]
1/31/08: Sayid gets a new love interest. From TV Guide Interview
1/31/08: The Oceanic Six are: Jack, Kate, Hurley, Sayid, Jin and Sun. There is now rumor that there is at least one more than may have gotten off the Island. From Kristen
9/23/07: One of the main cast is a "goner." [One of the S1 cast? Or newer cast?] The smoke monster will not like the new arrivals. 8/24/07: Casting Info for Charlotte: Late 20s. Very attractive in a naturalistic, athletic way, her looks are only one small part of charms. Precocious, loquacious, and funny, Charlotte a very successful academic who also knows how to handle herself in the real world. On a personal level it is hard to crack the hard shell of poise and certainty around her, but when it DOES crack its like an egg; lots of repressed and pent up emotions spill out. 8/24/07: Casting info for Russell: Late 30s, a brilliant mathematician and deep thinker who is capable of great insights and has a tremendous knowledge across various scientific fields. He sometimes struggles socially by being too direct and disconnected in his interpersonal relationships. While an empiricist by trade he is humbled and fascinated by the magic and mystery of all in this world that cannot be explained by science. 7/25/07: Ausiello says that Harold Perrineau (Michael) will be back.
7/8/07: Kristin reports that there could be one new character.
6/17/07: Jacob has already been cast. Emerson adds, "That person is a person who already worked on Lost...but you have never heard that person's voice and I don't think you ever will. I don't know that you're ever going to see that person clearly." From Michael Emerson on Comic Network Insider
6/9/07: Desmond will struggle with the thought that Charlie might not have died if he hadn't told him what he had seen in his flash-forward. From Kristin

5/13/07: Jacob is a "question for the fourth season." Ben shot Locke because his hearing Jacob was confirmation that he was special and thus a threat to Ben. Jacob is likely confined in part due to the substance that Locke noticed. More of the Dharma purge will be seen and Ben's love interest Annie will be revisited. From Lost Podcast
5/13/07: The season (as well as the fifth and sixth seasons) will be comprised of sixteen episodes that will run uninterrupted. From ABC

4/12/07: There have been discussions about bringing Michael back in a recurring role. They wanted to bring him back for the Season 3 finale, but the actor (Harold Perrineau) declined.
4/12/07: Danielle will likely finally get a flashback episode.

3/24/07: Season four will likely have an uninterrupted run (like 24 that starts in January 2008.
3/24/07: Lost has officially been confirmed as being renewed for a fourth season. From ABC
3/3/07: Dominic Monaghan has been told that he won't be back for Season 4. From Life & Style Magazine [Evangeline Lilly denies that Dominic has been told anything.]
2/24/07: There will be no Rousseau flashback until Season 4. She knows more than she's letting on and may appear in someone else's flashback. From Lost Podcast
1/17/07: Damon Lindelof indicated that about 100 episodes would be the optimal run for the show. After the fourth season, there would be ninety-three hours (assuming standard-length third and fourth seasons. That would seem to indicate that a shortened fifth season would wrap up the show.
1/15/07: Discussions are underway between the showrunners and ABC executives over when the show will end. From Chicago Tribune Article
1/15/07: The 4th season will actually likely have a "24"-like run without repeats.
1/2/07: In December '06 interviews, the showrunners have again reiterated that they want to explore what happened to Michael and Walt and if they have indeed escaped, but there is likely no "room" in Season 3, so they'll have to wait until later seasons.
11/8/06: Michael and Walt's story is not over, but they won't be seen in Season 3.
11/1/06: Clementine (the baby that Cassidy claimed was Sawyer's) may appear in another flashback.
11/1/06: The polar bears escaped when Dharma collasped. [That's according to the showrunners. I guess that means that Dharma is no more? Then who is running around running things?]
11/1/06: Season 4 will likely follow the same schedule as Season 3. Six episodes followed by a long break and then the remaining 16-17 episodes in an uninterrupted run.
