Arwen Evenstar in The Return of the King:
As Arwen makes her way to the Grey Havens, she has a vision of a life with Aragorn that includes a son, Eldarion. She immediately returns to Rivendell and questions her father, Elrond, who admits that he had seen a child as a possibility. For some reason, she suddenly starts to grow cold and loses her immortality. She tells Elrond that it is time. The elven blacksmiths reforge Narsil and rechristen it Andúril, which Elrond brings to Aragorn at Dunharrow. He tells Aragorn of Arwen's fate and that it's time for him to take up the mantle of a kingly ancestry that he has.
After Sauron is defeated and Aragorn is crowned King of Gondor, Arwen arrives in Minas Tirith to wed Aragorn.
