Act 4:

Adama wants his communication scrambled and then orders Athena to board Colonial One and arrest Zarek.

Athena wants to know if she encounters resistance.

Adama authorizes deadly force as Helo and Gaeta react.

In sickbay, Nicky sleeps in bed. Hot Dog is by his side and says that he doesn't know how to be a father. Tyrol pulls up a chair and says the first lesson is that Hot Dog stays with his son because he's in the hospital. Nicky is never left alone and Hot Dog gets first shift as dad. Hot Dog wants to know how long he has to be there. Tyrol says until he gets back which will be after he sobers up.

In the brig, Adama throws down a file onto the floor in front of Zarek. He says that the file has evidence of how Zarek bought and sold his office. Zarek thinks it's about extortion. Adama says that it's not. He says that he figures that Zarek would willingly become a martyr, but Zarek wouldn't want all dirty laundry to be aired publicly. Zarek wonders if the fleet would stand by during a long trial while Adama makes an alliance with the Cylons. Adama points out that without the tylium ship, they won't be going anywhere and at least they wouldn't be "bored." Zarek realizes that Adama think he's knows where the tylium ship is. Adama says that he does because he knows and then he points out the file again. Adama then gets up and opens the door. Zarek pulls out a paper and writes something down. He balls it up and throws it on the ground and says that Adama wears the uniform and Zarek does not. Adama says that Zarek will remain in the brig until he checks out the coordinates. As he leaves, he recommends that Zarek not eat the food.

Outside in the corridor, Adama gives Tigh the coordinates and tells him to take care of it. He says that he'll be with the President. Tigh points out that Adama looks rough and Adama agrees, so he's going to get some rest. He then gives Tigh the file and tells him to get Hoshi to file it. Adama walks off. Tigh looks at the file to find laundry reports.

Athena jumps in and contacts the tylium ship. She says that they are ordered to stand down and prepare to be boarded. She says that any resistance will be met with force. There is a weak affirmation.

In the brig, Zarek freshens up and talks how every revolution starts with one act of courage, but such a choice comes with deadly consequences. It's revealed that he's talking to Gaeta. Gaeta says that he's ready and so are others. They aren't just going to sit back and do nothing. Gaeta then asks Zarek if he's "that man." Zarek says that he's one of them, but that he can't do it alone and needs a partner. Gaeta agrees.

The tylium ship jumps back to the fleet.

Adama received the word about the tylium ship on the wireless from Tigh. He hangs up with Roslin's help, who is in bed with him. Adama tells her that they found the tylium ship and then asks if she cares. She doesn't and he says that he doesn't either.
