Notes:

39,644 survivors. Six more people have died since Dee committed suicide in the previous episode.
This was the first episode of the nine filmed after the writers' strike.
The episode was written and directed by Executive Producer Ron Moore. He has stated that the downtime due to the writers' strike gave him extra time to prepare for the episode.
The webisodes appear to have been set some time during this episode although the continuity doesn't seem quite right. Tyrol's idea (Cylon technology) resulted in the Eights and Sixes going to other ships in the fleet. However, in the webisodes, Tigh brings up the meeting concerning Tyrol's idea after Gaeta gets back. The webisodes do help highlight Gaeta's increasing distrust of Cylons and might explain what pushes him over the edge.

Unanswered Questions:

Does Ishay's reaction to Caprica Six talking about the Cylon race surviving without resurrection mean that she will side with Gaeta?
Will the Cylons be granted citizenship in the fleet? And would their becoming a "thirteenth" colony be fulfilling the latest Cycle?
What will Caprica and Tigh name their son?
What was Baltar really talking about? And how have his motives changed since Earth?
What is the significance of the reappearance of Inner Six?
Why did Cally choose to keep Nicky? And why did she choose not to tell Tyrol the truth about whom Nicky's father really was?
Will Tyrol stay involved in Nicky's? If so, for how long?
How will Hot Dog handle suddenly being a single father?
Tyrol and Tigh appear to have chosen different "sides." Will there be tension or conflict between the two?
We know Tigh is staying with Galactica , Tory has gone to the baseship and Tyrol appears to have as well although he spends time on Galactica. Where is Anders?
How long will Zarek remain in the Galactica brig?
What will be the significance of "The Oath?" It is referred to by Tigh and is the title of the next episode.
What is Roslin's life expectancy now that she's not taking any treatments or medications?
What was the significance of Adama picking up trash in the Galactica corridor, not once, but twice?
What did Tigh tell about the Final Cylon? And aside from Adama and Lee, who else was told?
