Tyrol says that it will be technically challenging, but that they can upgrade the jump drives of all ships in the fleet with Cylon technology.
Lee points out that it'll be hard to sell the Quorum on the alliance.
Zarek succeeds in carrying a motion in the Quorum which gives each ship the authority to choose whether to allow Cylons or Cylon technology onboard their ships.
Tigh reports that ten ships refused a direct order and another twelve don't even respond. Gaeta says that they are not breaking the law because of the motion passed by the Quorum. Adama says that it's a military decision. Gaeta questions that Adama alone gets to make that decision. Hoshi interrupts with news that the tylium ship has jumped and Tigh points out that
Zarek figures that Adama expects him to know where the tylium ship is.
Athena jumps in on the tylium ship.
Gaeta and Zarek enter into their partnership in the brig.
