9/3/05 - Hurricane Katrina
Because PatriotResource.com is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, updates to the website have been disrupted for more than a week. Our own close friends, family and work were not severely affected by the hurricane. Though Baton Rouge itself only suffered isolated wind damage and power outages, the ongoing relief efforts for the areas to the east and southeast are taxing Baton Rouge.
