Henneth Annûn:
- Appears in The Two Towers
Henneth Annûn is where the hideout of the Rangers of Ithilien is found. Faramir takes Frodo and Sam here after capturing them in Northern Ithilien during their ambush of the Haradrim. The Forbidden Pool is also located here and is where Gollum is captured. After his capture, Gollum is treated roughly by Faramir until Frodo asks him stop.
