2/28/09: The episode is "Juliet-heavy." From Elizabeth Mitchell Interview
2/28/09: Selected Promo Pics from the episode:

A very pregnant Amy and a Dharma doctor.

Amy and the nurse

A concerned Sawyer talks with the doctor.

Juliet checks on Amy.

Are these two pictures of Saywer and Juliet in a cabin together?

Jin, Juliet, Miles and Sawyer find Faraday sitting on the ground.
[Presumably, he's still near where Charlotte died
although we're guessing that her body didn't jump in time with the last couple of flashes.]

2/17/09: Guest characters include Richard Alpert and Horace Goodspeed. New recurring character Amy also appears for the first time. Other guest characters include doctor, Jerry, Phil, Rosie, Heather and Other #1. From ABC Official Press Release [See the 1/3/09 entry for casting sides for Amy and see the 1/10/09 entry for casting sides for the doctor, Jerry and Phil. It appears that Jerry and Phil will report to Sawyer aka LaFleur, Head of Security.]
2/17/09: Sawyer perpetuates a lie with some of the other island survivors in order to protect themselves from mistakes of the past. From ABC Official Press Release [Considering that Sawyer, Juliet and Jin settle into Dharma, we assume that they lie about already being on the Island and pretend to arrive like everyone else. Spoilers from other episodes indicated that Sawyer adopts the alias of LaFleur who is Head of Security.]
1/18/09: Added episode title. From DarkUFO [The episode title makes us think of Rousseau's science team.]
1/10/09: An extra described a scene in which she played a member of Dharma, walked by Sawyer and had to react to an alarm going off. She also mentioned that Daniel Dae Kim (Jin) and Elizabeth Mitchell (Juliet) were on set. From Location Report [The presence of Sawyer, Juliet and Jin all but confirms that the Island went back in time.]
1/10/09: Patrick Fischler has been cast as one of the guys from "corporate security." From Screenwriting Expo
1/10/09: Location shooting included the submarine. From The Hart Family Hawaii Chronicles [Either a flashback or more evidence that the Island went back in time which is what we're leaning toward.]
1/10/09: Ms. Hawking is back for two back-to-back episodes. From RTE Radio1 [She was flying to Hawaii on 11/6/08 so that seems to indicate episodes 7 & 8 based on the filming schedule.]
1/10/09: Amy is "with Dharma," has "some conflict with the suitors" and her role "is very emotional." From [More evidence that the Island went back in time.]
