Act 1:

In sick bay, Cottle tells Roslin that she has made it through her first treatment. She is in obvious discomfort. He suggests that she bring something with her next time to keep her mind off the treatment. He then leaves. She lies down.

Roslin's Dream:
Roslin chases Hera through the Opera House. She sees Athena, Caprica Six and Baltar along with the doors to the brightly lit room slamming shut.

Roslin wakes up and screams as does Athena, who is holding a crying Hera.

Cottle wants to know why they are both freaking out at the same time. Roslin realizes that Athena had the dream too. She walks over to Athena's bed and wants some privacy. She also quests that Cottle take the IV out.

Athena and Roslin walk into Caprica Six's cell. Roslin asks if Caprica Six was "there too." Athena adds that she and Hera were there as well. Caprica Six says that it shouldn't be possible. Athena says "add it to the list." Roslin wants to know if she was trying to "reach Hera." Caprica says that she just knew that , but says she was. She doesn't understand anything except that she felt that she had to protect Hera with her own life.

Tigh is unhinged as he tells Adama about the music in the ship. He blames the Cylons. Tigh manages to mutter that "there's too much confusion." Adama says that he'll look into it, but he has to get back to the trial. After Adama walks out, Tigh then mutters "there must be some kind of way out of here."

Gaeta testifies on the stand that the death list is not a forgery. He knows that it's genuine, because he was there when the death list was given to Baltar. Baltar objects and points out that Gaeta wasn't there. Gaeta continues to testify that the Cylons had the list drawn up and he believes that a Three handed it to Baltar and told him to sign it. Gaeta says that Baltar calmly accepted the list and signed it without protest. Baltar has another outburst and points out that Gaeta tried to stab him in the neck. Lampkin apologizes to the court as Lee tells Baltar to shut up. Cassidy is done. Romo Lampkin gets up and walks around for a minute. Captain Franks eggs him on. Lampkin then says that they have no questions. Baltar is incredulous. Adama dismisses Gaeta. Lampkin points out that since Gaeta has chosen to lie on the stand, there is nothing they can do. They'll have to adjust their strategy.

Gaeta walks out of the courtroom.
