Previously (Recap):
The Ionian nebula is shown on a map as the fleet's objective for the next clue to Earth.

Helo wonders what they will find at the nebula.

Gaeta tells Adama that they are about a dozen jumps from the nebula.

Tigh and Anders hear the music in the bar. Seelix doesn't hear anything.

Tigh says that the music is in the ship.

The young girl comes to Baltar and requests a blessing on her child.

Roslin testifies that she was on a "death list" along with two hundred other people

Back on New Caprica, Gaeta asks Baltar about the "death list."

Cassidy says that Baltar made a choice to side with the Cylon and "actively seek the deaths" of fellow citizens.

Lee presses Roslin on the stand about her taking kamala extract over Adama's objections. Roslin admits to doing so because her cancer has returned.

Adama says that "a piece of trash" like Baltar doesn't deserve a trial.

Lee resigns his commission and Adama readily accepts it over their mutual accusations of lack of integrity from the other.
